What happens when I delete my account?

Account deletion is permanent

When you delete your ByeStar account, the following happens immediately or within our standard processing window:

• Your active subscription is canceled — no further charges.
• All short links stop resolving (404 or branded unavailable page).
• QR codes, bio pages, pixels, and campaign data are permanently removed.
• Custom domains are disconnected from your account.
• Team members lose access to shared workspaces.

Before you delete

Export your link list and analytics from the dashboard if you need records for compliance or reporting. Deletion cannot be undone.

Alternative

Consider downgrading to the free plan instead of deleting if you only need to pause paid features.
