How to change or downgrade your plan

Upgrade

Visit Billing → Plans, choose a higher tier, and confirm payment. New limits apply immediately.

Downgrade

Select a lower plan from Billing → Plans. Downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal so you do not lose paid features mid-cycle.

Before downgrading

• Check link, click, and team seat counts against the new plan limits.
• Remove extra custom domains or bio pages if the new plan allows fewer.
• Export analytics if you need historical reports beyond the free retention window.
