Yes — upgrade anytime You can start on the free plan and move to a paid plan whenever you need more links, clicks, team seats, or advanced features like custom domains and pixels. How to upgrade Log in to your ByeStar dashboard. Go to Billing → Plans (or visit the Pricing page while logged in). Select your new plan and confirm checkout. What happens to your data All existing links, QR codes, and analytics are kept. New limits apply immediately after payment. Upgrades are prorated for the current billing period when supported by your payment method.

Billing cycle Paid plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You will receive a receipt by email after every successful charge. Payment methods We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout (PayPal, Stripe, etc., depending on your region). Invoices & receipts Download invoices from Billing → History in your dashboard. Update your billing email under Settings → Account. Failed payments trigger retry attempts — update your card to avoid service interruption. Taxes Applicable VAT or sales tax may be added based on your billing country.

Account deletion is permanent When you delete your ByeStar account, the following happens immediately or within our standard processing window: Your active subscription is canceled — no further charges. All short links stop resolving (404 or branded unavailable page). QR codes, bio pages, pixels, and campaign data are permanently removed. Custom domains are disconnected from your account. Team members lose access to shared workspaces. Before you delete Export your link list and analytics from the dashboard if you need records for compliance or reporting. Deletion cannot be undone. Alternative Consider downgrading to the free plan instead of deleting if you only need to pause paid features.

Refund policy We want you to be satisfied with ByeStar. Refund eligibility depends on your plan and timing of the request. Monthly plans If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge again after cancellation. Refunds for the current month are issued at our discretion — contact support within 14 days of charge if something went wrong. Yearly plans Upon approved request, we refund unused full months remaining on your annual subscription from the date of cancellation. How to request a refund Email support from your account email or use the Contact form. Include your account email and reason for the request. We respond within 2–3 business days. Note: Refunds cover subscription fees only, not third-party ad spend or domain registrar fees.
